21+ Years Experience Residential, Commercial, Leasing, Buyer Representation, and Seller Representation, I’ve done it all. Originally licensed in Idaho in 2005, I worked primarily with new home buyers for the first few years of my career until the 2008 crash. I shifted focus as the recession set in and worked for sellers listing & negotiating short sales as well as REO properties for banks. By 2010, I shifted again focusing on investor buyer clients. I have two children, William & Abigail. I’m straightforward and logical when it comes to what it will take to buy or sell a property. I tell it like I see it, and because of this I get results. There is a saying in life, “You get what you pay for”. I have found in real estate this is doubly true.

TYLER CLARK

REALTOR + MARKETING SPECIALIST

As an Oregon native, I moved with my family to the Flathead Valley in 2022. My passion for real estate ignited from my Architectural Engineering background. Transitioning to sales, I recognized a gap in property marketing. For four years, I’ve dedicated myself to crafting professional home tours, Montana guides, and Airbnb showcases, ensuring each property receives exceptional visual storytelling. Outside of work, I embrace Montana’s vibrant lifestyle. You’ll often find me paddleboarding, enjoying EDM and metal festivals, or immersed in renovating furniture and DIY projects.
